• Undertake feasibility studies on potential development projects with research department to analyze and evaluate the specific needs of the target city as well as the latent potential of the project. Make appropriate recommendations to top management on the viability of the project as well as its development strategy
• Undertake responsibility for the master planning of designated development projects and ensure delivery of innovative solutions (including phasing of projects), to maximize commercial returns as well as social and economic benefits to the target city
• Identify and engage consultants to produce master plans for development projects by formulating and drafting consultant briefs, overseeing the selection process in accordance with company policies and procedures, and supervising consultant’s work to meet prescribed standards, quality, timelines and cost parameters
