Title: Legal Counsel
Main Responsibilities:
Provide legal support to the Company, including but not limited to contract drafting/reviewing, disputes resolving and other work assigned by the head of Legal Department.
Qualifications Requirement:
1、Graduated from a law schools in China or Foreign Countries, LLM is preferred.
2、Have at least 3-4 years legal in-house or law firm consecutive working experience; IT Company which is best to be public company listed on NASDAQ or Corporate Lawyer working experience is preferred.
3、Fluent of spoken and written English
Area of responsibilities:
1、Independently draft, audit, translate and archive company contracts and other legal documents , including but not limited to business transaction contract;
2、Independently or assist the Head of Legal Department to conduct relevant internal & external investigation as necessary;
3、Independently provide legal advise under the supervision of the Head of Legal Department;
4、Assist the Head of Legal Department to handle other legal matters and provide administrative and professional legal support;
5、Other work assigned by the Head of Legal Department.
