1. Architect
Scope of work:
Preparation of conceptual and basic engineering packages;
Monitor and supervision of detail engineering package prepared by Chinese Design Institutes;
Support on procurement activities;
Field engineering support;
Support on cost estimate for total investment.
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Architecture;
Minimum 8 years of experiences for industrial facility planning and design;
Knowledge of international building code and Chinese code;
Strong skills in Auto CAD and office computer program;
A good working knowledge of English;
Also able to act as Project Manager for small & middle sized projects.

Start as soon as possible
Negotiable and attractive reimbursement package
2. Mechanical, Electrical and Safety Site Supervisors (Five)
Scope of work:
Making construction plan, and schedule during project bidding stage
Supervise contractors on job site for quality, safety and schedule
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in the relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years industrial facility or chemical construction experience
Verbal and written communication skills with a good working knowledge of English
Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, safety management, quality control, cost control
Knowledge of P3, or Microsoft project planner
Other requirements:
Start as soon as possible
