职位描述 - Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to Executive by handling various management issues.
- Plan, schedule, organize and coordinate meetings and conference calls attended by Executive and prepare relevant materials.
- Prepare, coordinate and distribute reports and meeting minutes as needed.
- Assist Executive in compilation of presentation materials. Maintain, organize and prioritize files, reports, documents and correspondence for Executive.
- Answer and screen incoming telephone calls of Executive promptly and efficiently.
- Arrange domestic and international travel schedule and reservations for executive as needed.
- Complete other administrative duties assigned by Executive.
职位要求 - Bachelor Degree or above, with overseas experience preferred
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience, with Multinational companies working experience preferable
- Strong planning skill and good coordination skill
- Smart, diligence and with good working attitude
- Fluent English communication (both oral and written)
- Good computer skills
