职位要求

This position will be responsible for end user product documentation for PP&M products developed at the China Competency Center.
This individual will actively work with the team members, and Huntsville User Experience, and Documentation managers to write and produce technical documentation to deliver with products following user experience and documentation styles, guidelines, and procedures.

Job Description

·
With guidance from Huntsville User Experience and Documentation managers, will research, write, and edit end user product documentation developed at the China Competency Center.

Work Experience

·
Minimum: Two years experience writing end-user documentation for software products; more preferred
·
Preferred: Experience with software usability or user interface design
·
Preferred: Work experience in a multi-national company and experience in working with offshore teams, especially from English speaking countries
·
Preferred: Experience with programming or engineering, including work in an engineering field, as well as using or documenting engineering software

Skills

·
Excellent, proven skills in written and spoken English documenting software
·
Excellent written & spoken English skills
·
Excellent team orientation
·
Self motivated

Qualification

·
Minimum: A bachelor’s in English for Specific Purposes (ESP); English; Technical Communication; Journalism; User Experienced/Usability, Education, MIS/CIS; Computer Science or any Engineering discipline
·
Preferred: Programming experience in any computer science language
·
Preferred: A master’s degree in any of the fields listed above.
