The strategic purpose of the position：
As a member of the global CAPEX Team which included resources both from Supply Chain and Procurement with technical knowledge, this position shall primarily assist local business units across the region in negotiations and CAPEX related activities with the aim of optimizing value-for-money and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). The position shall ensure appropriate support to local business units and countries in implementation and execution of CAPEX strategies, and shall be instrumental in alignment of projects and Group-wide knowledge sharing with primary focus on the region.
The position is expected to make significant impact to bottom line savings for company both in Asia and rest of the Group.
主要工作职责：
1.Actively assist and support implementation of Group CAPEX initiatives and guide lines across the region.
2.CAPEX preparations, negotiations, and contractual matters, ensuring a common Company approach to suppliers
3.Secure local buy-in to CAPEX Team/Procurement involvement in all relevant projects
4.Act as catalyst for implementation of procurement savings within Capex, e.g. through standardization, frame agreements, etc.
5.Follow up on supplier evaluation scheme for future Capex/TCO contracts
6.Actively assist in the development of the Group Procurement Strategy development
7.Assist Marketing and Innovation departments in NPD projects relating to own categories securing timely commercial launch and lowest possible TCO.
8.Identify, propose and secure local commitment to category cost saving projects
9.Actively support central and national business and budget plans.

Other skills:
1.Extensive usage of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Outlook and Excel
2.Fluent in both English and Chinese language (spoken and written)
3.Other language skills (spoken) will be a plus
Experience:
1.Minimum 3 years relevant commercial experience within procurement or project management for equipments on regional or global level
2.International work experience in related industry
Education:
1.A higher theoretical and commercial background (a Bachelor or higher degree)
