Job Description

Position Title: Senior Store Manager

Location: Shanghai

Role Summary:

· Manage the daily retail direct and indirect operations of the metropolitan store and deliver sales targets

· Manage the brand communication implementation of the metropolitan store and deliver brand targets

· Ensure the delivery of the optimal consumer experience

Key Responsibilities:

Planning

· Store sales operations/Assortment annual plan;

· Store communication/event annual plan together with local/regional/global experts;

· Plan store HR annual plan;

· Plan specific metropolitan store internal workflows and processes

Management

· Manage metropolitan store retail operations and ensure delivery of commercial targets/KPI’s

· Manage the implementation of the communication/PR/event plan

· Manage the store brand experience implementation

· Manage direct teams and franchisee interface

Financial

· Deliver annual financial targets and budgets for metropolitan store Deliver specific reporting required from Global

Business Intelligence

· Report the defined business/marketing information captured at the store level according to plan

· Deliver/support ad hoc requests when requested

HR Management

· Set performance and development plans with direct reports; review and evaluate performance

· Manage subordinates and their teams (stores and back-office)

· Recruit and train shop assistants according to plan

· Liaise with local authorities and partners

Training and Development

· Implement all existing retail trainings

· Pioneer new trainings and tracking tools to ensure perfect customer service

Experience / Skills Required:

· Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in managing megastore in the world for leading mid high end retailers;

· Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in store experience

· Excellent retail management skills

· Able to multi-task

Educational Background:

· University advanced Degree/MBA

PC/Language/Other Skills:

· English fluent

· Mandarin (optional)

· High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft products and ERP systems/database
