投资总监
Location:BJ/SH/SZ
职位描述：
1.具有TMT、健康医疗或消费品相关领域行业经验及广泛的人脉资源，对投资项目有敏锐的洞察力及项目决断力；
2.具有领导及管理团队的才能，带领团队开拓风险投资、私募股权投资等业务；
3.负责对基金项目的筛选跟踪、资料收集、尽职调查及分析评价；
4.向公司提交专业的投资建议、财务分析、风险评估和可行性研究报告，并按公司投资管理流程要求配合做好商业谈判、合同签约及项目实施等相关工作；
5.能够带领团队较好地完成项目的管理与执行，及项目执行过程中的风险控制，实现高回报率的基金退出；
6.熟悉各类国内国际投资业务，参与公司投融资渠道的建立与优化。
任职资格：
1.金融投资、经济相关专业硕士以上学历；
2.5 年以上相关工作经验，熟悉VC、PE 领域的运作规律及操作模式；
3.熟悉国内外金融政策、法规；在政府、投资机构、投行及中介机构有广泛的人脉资源；
4.具有良好的沟通、协调能力，具有缜密的思维，喜欢挑战性工作；
5.英文熟练。
Position Description:
1.Have experience in the field of TMT, health care, consumer goods or related fields, extensive human resources network , and keen insight and project determination on investment projects;
2.Good leadership and team management talent, lead team to develop VC, PE etc business;
3.Responsible for sourcing deals, information collection, due diligence, deals analyses and evaluation;
4.Prepare for professional investment proposal, finance analyses, risk evaluation and feasibility study report, assist in the negotiation, contracts execution, deals implementation and such related work according to the requirements of investment management process of the company;
5.Lead the team in the deals management and implementation, control risk in the process of the deals, achieve high refund exit;
6.Good knowledge of all kinds of international and domestic investment business, participating in establishing and optimizing investment and financing channel of the company.
Qualification:
1.Master degree or above in finance investment, economics or relevant areas;
2.At least 5 years of relevant work experience and good knowledge of all circles of the deals operation on VC, PE;
3.Good understanding of international and domestic financial laws and policies and broad connection with the government, investment organizations, investment banks and agencies;
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills, careful thought and like challenging work;
5.Good command of English skills.
