工作职责:
Brand Image:
1.To work with the Marketing Manager to develop a tactical marketing plan that promotes the Lane Crawford brand, product offering, services and expert advise for assigned business unit
2.To work closely with GMM of each business unit to ensure that the marketing programmes are in line with the product offering and brand image
3.To implement the agreed special, regular and themed programmes and events and communicate these appropriately
4.To develop marketing programmes to recruit new customers to the database as well as retain existing customers
Relationship Management:
1.To work with Central Buying office and various vendors to formulate a seasonal calendar of new and creative marketing programmes for business unit
2.To work with the Communications Director and CBO to plan the marketing calendar and press events in advance, ensuring maximum publicity and support for business unit
3.To work with CBO and Store Operations to balance the needs of both departments, within available budget
Financial Management:
1.To develop and execute all programmes within the approved framework and within authorized budget
2.To analyze and evaluate the results for all marketing activities, prepare reports as required
3.To monitor the expenses of each campaign on an ongoing basis
4.To recognize business opportunities and be responsive to market conditions in order to maximize business opportunities
