Main Responsibilities:
- To develop more deeply skilled, motivated, confident and empowered employees and management by offering product/sales presentations and providing high quality market commentaries to facilitate investment sales and the achievement of business target in branch network.
- To explore additional business opportunities and achieved branch sales target by monitoring the quality of the specific investment ideas for customers and maintaining an efficient information platform and communication channel where sales staff’s enquires will be responded satisfactorily.
- To obtain sound intelligence on what our competitors (both traditional and non-traditional) are doing, and to act promptly upon such intelligence whenever appropriate via collecting and documenting the activities, strategy and position of competitors and their likely moves in the market place, to be followed by ongoing benchmarking of performance, and appropriate tactical responses..
- To ensure that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize risk exposure by observing the established internal control systems and monitoring the effectiveness of such systems.
- To manage operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting by complying with the relevant policies and guidelines issued by the Bank and the Group and by keeping abreast of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements and the impact of new technology.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Equipment Finance or loan product is preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua
