1. BI技术经理
Business Intelligence System Solution Architect
Description
The Business Intelligence System Solution Architect ’s role is to work with project manager as a technical leader and is responsible for system delivery and implementation based on Asiainfo OpenBI product for overseas telecom customer.
Responsibilities:
• Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for BI system implementation in conjunction with end users, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze the business requirements and based on findings, design functional specifications 、function mapping and solution design for BI system.
• Direct, organize, and lead projects in the product customization and technical implementation for OpenBI product
•Lead the integration efforts for merging BI system with enterprise systems and applications.
• Mentor and/or provide leadership to junior members of the team.
Position Requirements
• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering.
• Minimum of 4 ears direct work experience within Telecom OSS/BSS Industry.
• Plenty experience on BI system delivery, implementation
• Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques.
• Good knowledge with front-end application deployment & development architecture
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good English speaking
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
说明：此职位汇报给GDS director，将长期在海外出差，4-6年工作经验，BOSS相关工作经验优先。
2. BI售前咨询顾问
Business Intelligence Application Consultant
Description
The Business Intelligence application consultant’s role is to help overseas telecom business users to use the information which are provided by BI system and find out business problems reflected in BI system , meanwhile give some business level suggestions to the end user and show the value of BI system. The business intelligence application consultant also work as a project team member during the BI system delivery period, work as a bridge between business user and technical team.
Responsibilities
• Give in-depth introduction of Asiainfo OpenBI product to business users from business view at the delivery stage
• Understand the customer ‘s current business environment
• Manage and guide customer’s expectation on the BI requirement collection and acceptance criteria definition.
• Gather and Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, define the requirements specification and define the gap between requirements and current system from business view
•Give some business level suggestions to business users through data analysis and business report ,especially at requirement analysis phase and system rolling out phase
Position Requirements
• College diploma or university degree in the field of marketing management , telecom operation management, Computer Science , MBA will be plus
•Minimum of 3 years direct work experience within Telecom Industry.
• Familiar with telecom marketing operation and tactical level management
• Have knowledge with data analytical method and experience with data analytical techniques
•.Have experience on Business Intelligence related area will be plus
• Strong English written and oral communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
说明：此职位汇报给GDS director，将长期在海外出差，3年以上电信行业工作经验、英文优秀为必备条件，BI经验、MBA为优先条件。
3. BI数据挖掘（算法工程师）
Data Analytical & Data Mining Consultant
Description
The Data Analytical & Data Mining Consultant’s role is to construct data analytical model or data mining model of Asiainfo OpenBI system according to business requirements for overseas telecom customer.
Responsibilities
• Construct the data analytical model or data mining model by algorithm or data mining tools
• Integrate the analytical model or data mining model with other applications of Asiainfo OpenBI system
• Output the analytical results by analytical model or data mining model if necessary
• Produce data analytical report if necessary
Position Requirements
• College diploma or university degree in the field of mathematics , statistics ,computer science or information system engineering
•Minimum of 3 years direct work experience in data mining sector
• Familiar with BI knowledge
•Have experience on telecom BI implementation will be plus
•Strong knowledge with common used statistics method and algorithm
•Strong knowledge with mainstream data mining tools, such as SPSS Clementine, IBM IM
•Have a good knowledge with database and experience with data processing techniques, SQL is necessary
• Good English writing is necessary.
• Good English Speaking will be a plus.
说明：此职位为纯技术岗，汇报给GDS director，将有4-8个月在海外出差，统计学、数学专业、硕士优先，英语通过CET-4、会基本听说读写即可。
