Sr R & D Engineer/Scientist
Project Lead
- Work closely with marketing functions to foresee the market trend in PV industry
- Design, build and assemble devices relating to solar modules and their characterization
- Plan and execute laboratory experiments on equipment and communicate results using verbal and written means.
- Interface with customers, engineers, vendors, group leader
Educational & Other Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in chemistry, materials science, engineering or related disciplines, with experience with polymeric materials, synthesis and processing.
- A strong history in semiconducting materials or photovoltaic materials is also highly desirable.
- Ability to accept a high degree of responsibility in a team
based organization, combined with ability to work independently
- Fluent in Chinese and familiar with Chinese culture and business.
