About Our Client
Our client is a leading renewable energy manufacturing group with substantial China and International operations. Due to their rapid business growth, they are seeking a HQ Finance Manager ba<x>sed in Beijing
Job Description
Reporting to the China CFO you will take full responsibility for all audit, internal controls and operational finance issues across the China business. You will:
Partner with China factory finance team to lead annual business plan, annual budget and rolling forecast;
Focus on manufacturing internal controls, systems and audits.
Drive key performance indicators to meet business goals and optimize profitability
Provide recommendations on key issues to management team.
Implement financial process; ensure financial integrity and GAAP compliance.
Manage assigned task as well as proactively take on ad hoc projects as required in support of business and strategic initiatives.
The Successful Applicant Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/ACCA qualified is an advantage.
At least 8 years finance working experience with more than 5 years finance experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
Solid internal control experience at HQ level in manufacturing industry
Audit working experience with Big 4 CPA firm is highly preferred.
Experience in financial analysis is a plus.
Strong self initiative, analytical, communication and problem solving capabilities.
Fluent written and speaking English skill.

Main Responsibilities · Work closely with regional leadership and HR Management to translate business goals into achievable HR ob<x>jectives
· Translate yearly resourcing needs into recruitment plan and lead execution in a professional, timely and cost-effective fashion;
· Ensure HR core processes e.g. payroll, benefits management, compliance are managed professionally, efficiently and in line with policy/ regulation/ best practice;
· Introduce and/ or update policies and procedures as appropriate in line with legislative changes and/ or best practice;
· Handle employee transfers/ secondments/ promotions; maintain employee records and files accordingly;
· Advise and support managers in applying performance management methodologies; ensure managers are informed of employment law developments, best practice and impacts of non-compliance;
· Drive forward the development of proactive programmes in such areas as Diversity/ Equality and Health Awareness as seen fit.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this role, you will:
· An HR generalist with experience of North East Asian markets (particularly China, Tokyo and South Korea);
· Is likely to have had at least 5 years’ professional experience;
· A business related higher education background is preferred;
Experience in regional compensation & benefits;
Fluent business English and Mandarin language skills essential, knowledge of ;
Equipped to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment;
A ‘can-do’ attitude and exceptional communication/ client facing skills are essential;
A multi-tasker;
Experience of the energy industry/ recruitment market is desirable;
Must have had exposure to a professional services environment.
