About Our Client

Our client is a leading interior design and construction company in shanghai. They are going to IPO in china stock market.

Job Description

Plan audit for operational, compliance and functional audits. |

Examine department activities for compliance with management plans and policies. |

Evaluate the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the control environment. |

Prepare and submit audit findings and make recommendations to management. |

Conduct special studies for management such as those required to discover mechanics of detected fraud and to develop controls for fraud. |

The Successful Applicant

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. |

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in audit or chartered accounting firms is required for this position. |

Preferably a member of ACCA/CIMA and MIA. |

Proficient in applying internal auditing standards, procedures and techniques. |

Proficient in both oral and written English and Mandarin. |

Self-starter and result oriented with strong leadership skills.|

Knowledge of SOX will be an added advantage. |
