About Our Client
Our client is an international leading retailer, which is one of the topest retailers in the world. They have more than 70 stores in China. based on the company's current performance, our client is seeking an expert on Financial Planning and Analysis to be based in Beijing.
Job Description
As a financial planning and analysis manager, you will report to the financial director of Greater China. You will be in charge of preparing financial planning and management reports on a timely basis, implementing and enhancing annual budgeting and monthly forecast processes, working closely with other departments and reflecting potential risk in the monthly forecast, proactively improving current process and tools to provide better financial analysis to senior management team.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. CMA qualified is a plus.
At least 8-10 years working experience in a leading multination company.
Direct experience in the retail sector is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills dealing with other departments and different business partners.
Demonstrated ability to drive insight generation through data and analysis.
Experience in analytics, planning, forecasting, retail operation analysis.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must.
