Position Sought: Program Manager/ Compliance
Location: Shanghai

With more than 84 million active accounts in 190 markets and 24 currencies around the world, our client enables global ecommerce. It is made up of three leading online payment services.
The Program Manager/Compliance will be responsible for implementing policy, procedures and training in line with specific regional program requirements working cross-functionally to enable business growth while ensuring compliance with legal requirements, credit card industry regulations, and protecting their brand.
Responsibilities Include:
1.Create policies, strategies, and processes to support Merchant Services and enable business growth while ensuring compliance with legal requirements, credit card industry regulations, and protecting their brand.
2.Work with teams to align policies and processes.
3.Coordinate and manage individual contributors from cross-functional teams to accomplish shared objectives.
4.Lead analysis of product implementations, weighing customer experience, risk reduction, and operational cost.
5.Support management and operations with problem solving on legal and regulatory issues.
6.Support the Risk Team with on-boarding, vetting and underwriting.
7.Support Government Relations and the Fraud Investigations Team with law enforcement and other regulatory requests.
8.Support Public Relations with investigation and analysis on media escalations.
9.Monitor ongoing legislation and regulatory changes.
10.Investigate and research brand risk issues in order to provide business resolution.
Job Requirements:
1.Excellent PowerPoint & Excel, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
2.Strong working knowledge of analytics, data management, statistics, accounting and computer applications; familiarity with our clients internal tools and systems a plus.
3.Leadership and judgment to analyze, evaluate, and develop solutions to complex problems.
4.Team player with a passion for problem-solving, flexibility, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity.
5.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
7.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and innovatively and proven track record for delivering results.
8.High energy and a desire to work in a results- and team-oriented, rapid growth environment.
9.Strong ability to source and analyze data to drive business strategies and decisions.
10.Strong influence skills for driving change across a large organization.
11.Positive attitude and leadership skills that bring out the best of the team.
12.Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably within Finance and/or Risk Management.
