About Our Client

Job Description
Reporting to China HRD and functionally report to AP C&B Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of C&B strategy development and provide recommendation & guidance for implementation in China to ensure market competitiveness & legal compliance, internal consistency as well as alignment with Global Compensation & Benefits philosophy.
The Successful Applicant
A bachelor's degree, preferable with a Human Resource or Mathematics background and possessing at least 6 years experience as a C&B function in a famous foreign company. You must be independent, confident and initiative with minimal need of supervision toward the completion of multiple assigned engagements. You must also possess a dedicated team spirit with strong sense of responsibility qualities to competently manage multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment will be highly regarded. Excellent command in both spoken and written English and preferably familiar with Microsoft Office Software, like Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc, experience of Oracle would be a plus.
