BizTalk Designer/Developer
Responsibilities:
• Develop and enforce coding practices designed to promote code reusability and quality.
• Provide technical skills and coordinate development deliverables across onshore, offshore and vendors.
• Analyze and troubleshoot existing processes and optimize code in order to improve performance whenever required.
• Develop and enforce coding practices designed to promote code reusability.
• Assist in defining and updating the team standards to improve the development process and quality of deliverables.
• Ensure systems are designed and developed in compliance with corporate security and privacy policies.
• Work closely with onshore and offshore System Architect, Test Manager and Product Supporter, and drive offshore design/development to completion.
Qualifications:
• Senior Software Engineer and above, major in information systems and/or software engineering / computer science or related field and 3+ years’ related.
• Minimum 1 years experience in integration developing for large and complicated distribution systems, including demonstrated experience by using BizTalk or Websphere products with SOA architecture.
• Minimum 3 years developing experience base on Microsoft technology. Familiar with Microsoft Visual studio 2005/2008, C# language, .Net Framework.
• Familiar with these software technologies such as SOAP/WSDL, xml/XSD/XPath, WSE, WCF, ASP.NET, COM, MSMQ, Websphere MQ.
• Proficiency of such large relational databases as SQL Server2005/2008, Oracle 9i/10g.
• Experience with any of this product or domain is a plus: Microsoft BizTalk Server, Websphere ESB, Web Methods and TIBCO.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) process development and product deployment across an enterprise.
• Ability to anticipate and effectively deal with problems and roadblocks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, mastery of the English Language.
• Good communication skills, team-working spirit.
