A famous local company focused on professional wire rope strander and closer equipment manufacturing.
Salary:

Reporting to:
General Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for designing, researching and developing the Stranding Equipment.
+ Face to client, acquire the customers' requirements.
+ Provide technical solution according to customers’ requirements.
+ Well know about the situation of the stranding industry, collect and analyze competitor's information, make reasonable design plan which is fit for the market requirement.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or master degree in machinery engineering.
+ More than 10 years working experience in stranding equipment design, research and development field.
+ Proficient in design Frame closer machine, bearing and hi-speed tubular strander, double twisting strander.
+ Have more than 10 years’ professional experience in designing, researching and developing one of the above 3 machines.
+ Proficient in related design software, be familiar with cost accounting.
+ Well know about the situation of the stranding industry and main competitors' characteristics.
+ Native English speaker or foreigner who has good communication skill in English.
+ Outgoing, have strong team cooperation spirit.
+ Strict personality with strong conscientiousness.
+ Strong sense of responsibilities, achieve target within the confirmed time.
+ Have strong promotion desire, high self-improvement ability.
+ Also can work in own home in foreign country without any part time job.
+ About 35-65 years old.
