Job Description:
As construction manager, you will, as a key member of the project group and with reference to the Project Manager, be assigned to large projects in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries, as a member of the construction management team.
You will be responsible for overall leadership of all site activities, infrastructure, and time scheduling, quality coordination, EHS and economy, assembly across the work packages, reviews, expediting, and constructability issues.
Job Qualification:
• Master or bachelor degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ of international experience within construction management.
• Solid knowledge of and experience from the production facility construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proven control of time schedule, budget and quality issue.
• GMP background is preferred.
• Your professional pride includes excellent assessment capabilities that make you apply your personal expertise to the fullest possible benefit of the project team and its overall target.
• You enjoy working in an international environment, which will challenge your cultural and social competences and require excellent English skills.
