从来没有吃过；
没辙！
用剪刀裁细了，下火锅，就烫： 肉鲜美无比（不知道是鱼还是汤料！）
鱼骨头是透明，软硬不齐，暗自想，该是老广乳一锅汤的好材料！
呼朋唤友过来，浅尝辄止，被问这是什么肉？
答曰： 你知道那个澳大利亚的捕鳄神手，是如何死的！
一愣！
“哦， 你今天算是为他报仇了！”
眼看着对方脸发灰，眼瞪圆！
2，问老外可以持枪，却不去打猎的原因？
3，不去打猎的原因：
-- 还是新西兰来的！
打猎容易，剥皮难事！
网上查了一下，这还是一道名菜：

"But, one thing I had never eaten before, much less purchased, was skate. Skate is similar looking to a stingray, though they come from different families, and do not have the pronounced stinger on their backsides. So, with only the slightest bit of trepidation, I strayed away from the myriad of recognizable proteins and ordered up my seafare.
Was I happy.
Skate has a delicate texture and a taste on the mild side of scallops. Between this and it's surface to mass ratio, it's ideal for dredging and pan-frying, I presume, as this was the preparation Chef Puck chose. Underneath is a littleneck clam ragout (ragout: literally, a main dish stew. I will address clams in their own post someday) which provides a contrasting brininess. Beneath that was a mild potato puree which collected all the pieces my fork missed and basically helped dissuade me from bringing plate to face in the middle of an acclaimed restaurant. Nicely done there."
