Job Description:
1. From pursuit support to the delivery and should be able to take End-to-End project management accountability
2. Participate in all phases of projects, including leading presales, proposing total solution, and managing the application services such as applications development, applications management in enterprise application area.
3. Work with other senior consultants and client project management team in determining project approach, scope, deliverables, time and cost estimates
4. Participate in client communications and understand complex elements of clients’ business. Develop multi-level relationships with customers and lead cross-functional teams to understand and investigate the current business process design, identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, inefficient workflows and other design factors.
5. A successful project manager will also serve as the subject matter expert and be expected to have a deep understanding of business processes and emerging trends in application services. The project manager will work with client management to identify opportunities for HP, establish relationships with key stakeholders as trusted advisors and deliver strategic projects
6. Excellent English communication capability with WW clients is preferred
Job Requirements & Skills Required:
1. Qualifications should include at least 10 years of applications (ERP or CRM or MES or BI) services industry experience with recent 5+ years project management experience and 3+ years customer communication/solution packaging experience through the full product/service. Manufacturing industry project experience is a must.
2. Strong communication and problem solving skills and ability to collaborate with teams with different cultures
3. Experience in multi-team management with various suppliers/vendors, functional teams both internally and externally
