Major Responsibilities (工作职责):

Responsible for managing Technical Support L2 Team inresolving technical escalation from technical front line support Team and tosupport the warranty cost effective and services business growth.
1. Lead technical support L2 Team; be responsible to work withcustomers and internal teams to resolve the escalations, manages the risks andissues
2. Responsible for Call center warranty cost optimization &performance improvement
3. Responsible for achieving target customer satisfactionlevels within the technical support organization
4.Develops plans and objectives and participates incross-functional projects to improve operational performance for the organization,ability to lead and drive new projects within given constraints of time andquality
5. Works with management to develop and implement strategic plans,initiatives, and direction
6.Responsible for personal and professional development of keyleaders and subordinates. Develops individual goals and objectives for directreports
Responsibility(职位要求)：
1.Strong people management and development skills, wouldinterface and work with other groups/ individuals, and can motivate and achieveresults through others
2. Significant understanding of business and business needs
3. Be positive & proactive, would like to take challengesand able to self-motivate
4.Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and demandingenvironment
5.Good communication and presentation skills, and strongplanning and priority-setting abilities
6.Broad knowledge of the IT Professional Services Markets andnew technologies /services categories
