Product Manage Director, BSS Professional Services
Responsibilities:
1. Explore and analyze trend and requirements for telecom Managed Service, Integration Services, Call Center and Managed Hosting Services
2. Plan and design service product portfolio and Professional Services product development to meet Operator's requirements.
3. Plan and develop Professional Services products which include but not limited to service specification, marketing and sales material, pricing and costing guidelines and tools, business case, delivery guidelines, contract terms and conditions etc.
4. Explore and analyze customer's Professional Services requirements, make an end-to-end service solution, define service ba<x>selines and provide a competitive Professional Services solution to fulfill customer's requirements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in telecommunication or IT field or equivalent.
2. At least five years of telecommunication experiences in business consulting, business development or product management
3. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC, Network Performance Management, eTom / ITIL, VAS/SDP/IN/IDC/IPCC/BSS/OSS/IT Outsourcing, IT infrastructure management, Application management, Business process outsourcing, resource transfer management (people and asset).
4. Strong customer orientation and business in mind. Good understanding of operators' operation and maintenance challenges. Understand operator's long term business and market requirements. Previous worked in telecommunication operators or service providers is a definite plus.
5. Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
6. Possess good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
7. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English
8. Able to travel overseas frequently to support field projects
