Title: Training Director:
Location: GuangZhou
Reporting: HR Sr. VP, Asia
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of trainers in providing customized training programs to employees across Asia.
• Understand changing needs of skills requirements and develop training programs to ensure continuous improvements of employees' competencies.
• Liaise with selected universities to provide a good supply of top students to be trained into employees.
• Work closely with plants to ensure ongoing improvements to programs conducted.
• Close liaison with HD team to ensure leadership and management related programs are in sync.
• Manager a team of hotel staff in providing high level of service to personnel utilizing the facility and to ensure good up-keeping of the facilities' conditions.
• Work closely with local government on getting scholarship and other incentive support.
• Ensure facility is always optimally utilized.
