Job Description
Seeking a qualified Hardware Team Leader in a field of CDMA/GSM HHP Development.
Key Responsibilities
The Team Leader is role of System level handset design and solving a problem in developing CDMA/GSM handset and will be responsible for implementing HHP.
Responsibilities include
1） Capability of CDMA/GSM HHP System level Design
2） Management of project complement and Approval of product
3） Get entire performance in HHP specification. (RF/Logic)
Requirements include
1） 13y+ working experience including 8y+ development experience of mobile phone
2） Masters in Electronics Engineering
3） Experience of project leaders or managers for years, skills in managing project schedule, team members, carrier’s requirement and quality control, etc.
4） Good communication skills and strong team work spirit.
5） High sense of responsibilities and quick learning ability.
6） Knowledge in RF Technology include Antenna & Radiation Technologies and RF Circuit design.
7） Knowledge in Logic Technology include Modem I/F& Sound &PCB Design.
8） Knowledge in Component of RF/Logic/LCD/memory used in handset
