Responsibilities:
1. Assist General Manager on calendar management;
2. Handle administrative duties including travel and other logistics arrangements;
3. Establish and maintain files and reports;
4. Organize meetings and receive visitors (both internal and external)
5. Assist General Manger on internal and external communications;
6. Assist General Manger on overseeing department expense;
7. Assist General Manger on presentation materials preparation;
8. Responsible for business unit’s business management system
9. Fulfilling other assignments from General Manager.
Qualifications:
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Good organizing & management skills
• Knowledge in communication and business administration is preferred
Education/Experience:
Bachelor Degree above. Working experience in business administration is preferred. Knowledge in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Language Skills:
Fluent in spoken, reading and writing in both English and Chinese.
