• Support to initiate and launch people development programs.
• Coordinate mandatory development measures for leaders.
Requirements:
• Master degree, with 2-3 years of HR working experience, preferred in training and development area.
• Good at conceptual work and logical thinking.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates.
• Good team pla<x>yer with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good command in English.
