工作简述 Linux Manager ~Urgent!~
Job Description:
Successful candidate will lead multiple Linux kernel projects requiring
OS kernel development experience. Wide range of projects including,
system performance and performance enhancements under RDBMS loads, fine
grain locking enhancements, algorithm changes for performance and
scalability, I/O stack enhancements along with processor and chipset
performance enhancements. Require Linux/UNIX/OS kernel development
skills, and debugging skills with a thorough knowledge of the Linux
development tools including C, make, CVS, shell and tool programming
skills. In addition, minimum of 6 years of experience with at least one
of the follow areas: VM subsystems, I/O stacks, clustering (management,
availability), process scheduling, file systems (clustered and
journaling), network stack, RDBM performance enhancements, low level
processor enhancements and chipset optimizations. Experience with the
internals of any data center OS is a plus. Knowledge of Intel
instruction set architectures and current supporting chipsets is
required. Education requirement is MSCS or equivalent plus 8 years in
one or more of the above areas. Knowledge of Intel instruction set

experience in OS related projects desired. This is a PRC local position.

工作简述 Senior Staff Compiler SW Engineer ~Urgent!~
Create the next generation compiler products for network
and communication software. As a technical lead of the
company China engineering group, you'll work on
architecting, designing, implementing, and testing our
compiler software products.
-Requires technical leadership, excellent English and
Chinese communication skills, and PhD/MSCS/BSCS with 10+
years of experience in development, QA and delivery of
compilers. Solid knowledge of compiler front end,
optimization, and back end technology, and assembly and
C/C++ programming languages is required. Familiarity with
Intel IXP and XScale processors, network and communication
applications, performance tuning and benchmarking are a
plus. Good debugging skills and understanding of SW
development life cycle, and ability to work in a team are a
must. Familiarity with embedded OS's, Windows, and Linux
are desirable.
