Responsibilities:
· Establish the Goals and direction of one business segment and align the team towards achieving those objectives
· Drive the Achievement of Revenue and profitability targets
· Forecast the staffing needs in advance and hire proactively to fulfill the needs of the team
· Coach, mentor and develop direct reports (sales managers)
· Motivate the entire team towards performing at their best and proactively work towards retaining the best talent and providing them a robust career path
· Resolve issues and eliminate barriers to allow the team to perform efficiently
Qualifications:
· Graduate / Post Graduate with min. 7-8 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years of people management experience
· MBAs preferred, but not a limiting factor for the right candidate
· Strong Drive for Results
· Strong Command Skills
· Ability to Build effective teams and develop direct reports
· Strong Business Acumen
· Good Strategic Agility
Interactions:
· The position will report to the Director of inside Sales and has 4-5 sales teams reporting into the position
· Will work closely with the Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales Planning & Operations and Finance
· Regular interaction with senior management or executive levels
