Overall Responsibility:
Support the establishment of the new OSF Team in APSSC as a result of HRSP implementation and control the on-going operations to ensure successful achievement of business and financial goals.
Role Expectations:
90% of Time Focused on On-Going Operations of the APSSC OSF Team
· Work with the Global OSF teams, country controllers and other finance functional leads to improve performance and address issues ,
· Ensure appropriate financial management and advice occurs through the provision of OSF services to internal customers by identifying, applying and communicating financial best practices
.
10% of Time Providing Financial Leadership
· Analysis, development of recommendations and presentation of service metrics and process improvements to the APSSC OSF Lead.
· Participation in training programmes
Experience/Knowledge Required
· Commerce / Business / Accounting Bachelor’s Degree
