Overall responsibilities：
Responsible for timely and accurately processing transactions. To assist in general administrative support to ensure timeliness, quality, accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Ø Process payment upon approved by Controller in timely manners.
Ø Issue bank/cash payments and on-line banking management.
Ø Assist to liaise with local banks on daily operation.
Management Accounting
Ø Liaise with Treasury Team to monitor cash flow status and prepare monthly cash flow forecast report
Ø Prepare accounting distributions, journals
Ø Manage the bank account ledgers to ensure posting journals reflecting the true cash
Statutory Accounting
Ø Vouchers filing for statutory audit.
Ø Tax filing
Document Maintenance
Ø Maintain accurate, updated and secure accounting records (e.g. disbursements vouchers, official receipts, journal vouchers, contracts).
Other
Ø Prepare/answer various ad hoc reports/queries and analysis as required.
Ø Develop skills and undertaking training with the view of career development and/or increasing value to the firm.
Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate degree.
Work Experience: 2+ years related working experience
Work Requirements: NA
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
Ø Strong technical & analytical skills (Excel and Word are examples).
Ø Ability to utilize support applications（SAP knowledge is preferred）
Ø Understanding of organization data architecture
Ø Attention to detail
Ø Problem solving skills
Ø Strong organization skills
Ø Finance process background
Ø Ability to deliver high impact and prioritize competing responsibilities.
Ø Ability to function effectively as a team member
Ø Ability to escalate issues promptly
Ø Good oral and written communication skills
