Senior Software Development Engineer – C++
Location: Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:
Acting as the senior member of the development team, be able to lead the software development activities such as the design, implementation and test. Senior software development engineer should be able to lead the project team to do the requirements analysis; conduct the design, implementation and the test till the release meet the requirements of the customers.
This role will manage the plan of the project team activities; ensure the development quality and acting as the product owner to provide all the technical information such as the necessary documents, coaching for team members and support engineers.
Key Tasks:
- Officially responsible for the project technical management for software development, mainly focus on the technical coordination.
- Lead the requirements analysis to work out the suitable work package according to the project break down structure, list out the measurable delivery of each phase.
- Conduct the workshop of the design and be responsible for the system design.
- As the owner of the detail functional requirements specification, unitary test case.
- Acting as the technical consultant to provide the specific technical knowledge
- Acting as the domain expert to provide the specific domain knowledge.
- Coordinate the team members to resolve the technical conflicts, as well as to resolve the conflicts among scope, time and cost.
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills in C/C++ and Windows Programming
- Strong OO design skill, design Patterns and UML
- Strong problem solving skills and the eagerness to learn new technologies
- Professional in Personal Software Process Team software Process
- Experience with Database programming is required, i.e. SQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL
- Experience with the master leadership in the team is desired
- Experience in Banking IT development is a plus
- Broaden knowledge in the software development is plus
- Excellent team work spirit as well as ability to work independently; responsible and can take ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- BS degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years working experience in related area
