PC knowledge a must, Windows application knowledge
•Excellent customer service skills
•2-3 years IS support engineer or helpdesk experience.
•Ability to work under pressure & multi-task
•Good interpersonal and communications skills.
•Good time management, coordination skills
•Proficient in English and Mandarin.
•Quick leaner.
•Need a willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
•IP telephone, DSL, IP Sec and IDC knowledge is a plus
•CCIE is recommended.
