Senior Manager/Director Software Development and Global Support Manager
Responsible for embedded XPe software development and support. Manage local software outsourcing vendors in development/QA/support on embedded software product. This includes architect review, enforce software development process, project management and global customer support. Must Co-ordinate with product management in US and support worldwide customers.
Requirements:
§ 5+ years of related experience in embedded software related product development
§ 3+ year of management position
§ Must have experience in managing software outsourcing project or large software implementing projects
§ Thorough understanding of development cycle in software development in CMM process
§ Familiar with remote desktop environment such as RDP, ICA, or tarantella
§ Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
§ Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
