工作地点;北京
Experience required for this position
1) 10 years of experience in Project Management positions in Hi-Tech companies
2) Experience of leading a team of ~20 people
3) Systems development and integration experience in navigation and wireless tech-nologies, hand held devices and WinCE. Significant software development man-agement, IT, and integration experience
4) Proficiencies in a variety of program management skills such as schedule manage-ment, risk management, metrics management technique
5) Highly Technical and experienced with Linux, Symbian
Qualifications/ Education
Engineering Background
Management Education – an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities required for this position
1) Managerial Skills – motivate and lead his employees (set objectives, monitor and control their activities, coaching upon needs)
2) Ability to work under pressure and meet dead lines
3) High Technical Skills
4) Good organizational skills
5) Fluent English (preferably mother tongue) Chinese – An advantage
6) Good interpersonal skill – in order to communicate with customers, third parties, peers, lead & motivate his employees
7) Team player
 Experience with direct customer communication – an advantage
Responsibilities
The main purpose of this position is to lead & implement business practices such as schedules management, technical scope, project management as well as methodolo-gies and work standard of company projects in order to achieve the wireless department goals within Destinator Technologies.
