Need to file US tax Sad

I live outside of US (in Hong Kong) for the entire 2006 and need to file US tax return.

Assume I earned 100k salary and 20k housing subsidiary.
I paid 15k Hong Kong tax and 25k for my rent.

I can exclude 82,400 first, how much housing exclusion can I do? Also, how much foreign tax credit can i take? Is it 15k*(100k-82,400)/100k - the amount of salary that is not excluded?
