本人是这里一个老老ID的新马甲. 刚拿到一个verbal offer, RMB1.4M/year. 是一个美国公司在中国的local pay 的位置。 象这样的数目， 要什么样的distribution 才能交更少的税？ 比如 ba<x>se salary+bonus 要多少， house allowance, pension allowance, child education etc. 又要多少才比较合算？谁能提供一个最佳的structure? 这个公司比较灵活， 只要对我有利，都好说。 鞠躬， 非常感谢！
另外， 如果现在把base salary + bonus 压得太低，把tax-deductible 的部分(housing, pension and child education etc.) 提高, 以后会不会有什么hidden disadvantages? 比如来个新老板，tax-deductible 的部分cut掉一大半。
本人的情况是: a Sr. Manager in a big company. US citizen, married with kids, twin boys. Prefer to send kids to an international school. 偶系一“要海龟”的老婆， 没办法， 嫁鸡随鸡，嫁狗随狗。
