Requirements/Responsibilities:
Experience in Quality or in Operations or in a Support Function
Experience in Leading Change and Process Improvement Initiative, ideally using 6 SIGMA
Experience of management and of leading by influence within a matrix organization
Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work, intl. exposure & awareness)
Ability to understand silicon business model in order to support its sustainable growth
English: Fluent
Knowledge of ISO 9001/2000 philosophy and principles: Ability to coach managers on the key principles of the norm and the way to apply them to their activity
Customer oriented: ability to seek customer needs to guide any improvement initiative
Leadership and authority: ability to influence the organization
Product Quality: understanding of key drivers of Product Quality along the Product Life Cycle steps.
Coaching & Communication: Ability to coach and to shape a vision and communicate it… with enthusiasm.
