Responsibilities:
1. take in charge of period (month/quarter/year) end close of China consolidation;
2. improve various financial controls, such as reimbursement, accounting system, payment, contract review;
3. provide accounting technical advise to management, operational departments (especially the sales teams);
4. communicate with headquarter finance team to coordinate various external reporting matters;
5. work with SOX department for the SOX 404 testing and audit;
6. deal with external auditors for quarterly review and annual audit;
7. provide training to sales team with revenue recognition knowledge and to accounting team with updated GAAP
8. handle various administrative matters within China finance department
9. assist financial analysis team in data analysis
10. assist the Finance VP in various projects and investment plans.
Requirements:
1. bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting, finance or management;
2. 10-years working experience in MNC or international accounting firms with at least 3-years manager position;
3. knowledgeable in China GAAP, US GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards and taxation. CPA is a must, and understanding of auditing standards and SOX is a plus.
4. fluent in English and Chinese and excellent communication skills as the position requires working extensively with personnel located in US and various China operational teams.
