Microsoft Dynamics is seeking an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Lead Software Development Engineer in Test to join our Shanghai-ba<x>sed Research and Development Center, managing a team of Software Development Engineers in Test and working with integration technologies like: Web Services, BizTalk, Windows Communication Foundation (Indigo).
Our team is highly skilled, creative and motivated. We are helping business partners and developers to integrate Applications and processes with Microsoft’s ERP solutions. The team works with .NET 3.0, SQL 2005, Web Services, Windows Communication Foundation. Responsibilities of this position include managing a team of Software Development Engineers in Test and writing test design specifications, automating test cases, and designing and developing test automation framework and tools
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner and have experience with ob<x>ject-oriented programming languages such as C++, C# or Java. Knowledge and experience in ERP applications is a plus. Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience in software development and/or testing in addition to 1+ year of proven management experience. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required.
