3年以上工作经验 在通信物理层面的仿真，特别是WCDMA or GSM or TD-SCDMA的研究和无线通信标准的开发，能带领团队，有LEADER经验
熟悉移动通信和信号处理理论。对无线通信标准有深刻了解e.g. GSM, WCDMA, LTE, TD-SCDMA etc.，包括物理层面的技术和信道本身的协议。
熟悉算法和系统设计流，英语要好
• Deep understanding of the technologies and development of wireless communications industry.
• Familiar with several mobile communication standards, e.g. GSM, WCDMA, LTE, TD-SCDMA etc., both physical l<x>ayer technologies and protocol itself especially channel part.
• Abilities and creativities for system design and simulation, meeting with the performance requirement of industry.
• Good at mathematic, digital signal processing, digital communication, matrix and probability.
• Familiar with modulation and channel coding, especially new coding scheme, like LDPC or Turbo Product Code etc.
• More than three years substantial experience in communication physical l<x>ayer simulation work, preferably in WCDMA or GSM or TD-SCDMA and good track record of previous contributions in research and standards development, able to lead a group to pursue the breakthrough in standardization work.
• Good command of English and ability to communicate their ideas to a large audience.
• Have the power to communicate well on paper and in person. Enjoy influencing people and standards, and have working history in leading companies with high demands for performance.
• Familiar with the algorithm and system design flow, as well as the earlier field trial flow for verification the wireless key algorithm.
