Just got the verbal offer from Accenture.

- 35% raise compared with my previous pay
- 5 weeks of paid vacation plus 9 holidays
- $5k sign-on bonus (not much from what I heard from other consulting companies!) Sad

- Annual bonus
- 401(k) match, Global Bonus Plan, stock options plan, and insurances
- 18monts of credit for promotion (normally 3yrs as consultant and then manager)
- Overtime pay if working for 96hours or more for two-week pay period.

Will wait for the offer in mail, and then compare with two other offers that I got and make my final decision.

Actually I've already made my decision: Accenture. However, I'd love some more $$$ just for the sake of it. Still remember 4yrs ago I got $8k less than an Indian guy for the same title and same job responsibilities...Money is not the issue here, a good market value that I deserve is the key Mr. Green

Any advice for offer negotiation? ^^
