Position: Manager for marketing team in Shanghai responsible for Great China Region
Employer: electronic and semiconductor company in US, fortune 500 and NYSE listed
Office in Shanghai: AP headquarter
Contract terms: 2 years

Compensation
Salary: 50,000 RMB per month, 13 months garanteed
Bonus: 15% of annual salary, garanteed
Stock option and RSU: must have, details not clear at the moment
Relocation: USD$20,000 one time for whole family, airticket and shipping claim extra, local relocation assistance provided by consultant agency.
Housing Subsidy: RMB9000 per month
Education assistance for children: RMB60,000 per annual per child

My concern is that the total annual income, excluding one-time item and housing/education, is around 20% less than my current annual income. And I feel I should be compensated more in such a short-term contract because of the risks I am taking. Additionally, if I move, my wife will lose her job, so the family income is actually less after moving to SH.

Any advise if this offer is already a good offer in SH?

Thanks in advance. I have left China for ten years, and don't really know the living condition there, so I need your local experience.
