Mainframe-Project Manager-English or Japanese

Job Requirements:

- At least 7 years experience in IT industry, software development experience is a must.
- At least 3 years solid experience at a department management/project management position in multinational company.
- Strong leadership, self-motivated, fast learner and with strong problem solving ability
- Excellent communication skills, both in Chinese and English
- Excellent negotiation & coaching skills
- Proficiency in technical skills on mainframe, AS400, or UNIX
- An independent, assertive, creative, dynamic and flexible approach is required,
