Experience & Educational Requirements

Experience
•5-10 years of experience in sales/marketing/business operations and process, P&L management and business planning
•A thorough understanding of finance management, and the ability to implement comprehensive processes to manage marketing P&L
•rior experience in working in a MNC regional environment with broad business management experience working across multiple organizations, vendors and global-regional participants
•Experience dealing with procurement department, and understanding procurement policy and processes
•Experience in SAP CRM, SAP ERP Systems and SAP Business object BI Applications is a distinct advantage
•Strong intercultural and communication skills
•Very Strong proficiency and expertise in MS Excel, Project and PowerPoint

Education
•Degree in Finance/Marketing/Business Management from a top-tier institution. MBA is preferred.
Professional Training & Certification
•Financial or Business Management Post Graduate Diploma for Marketing Degree holders.
