- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Proactive, motivated and self-driven
- Strong team spirits
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong planning capability

Leveraging internal and external resources by territory, account and battle plans

Good （Electric Power/Oil/Mining）industry knowledge and selling skills

Strong IT infrastructure solution knowledge and industry solution selling skills

WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least eight years’ solution selling experience in software market with a proven sales record
- Experience in High-Tech Industry will be a must
