I'm not talking about affairs or adultery. That's against human morality, anytime, anywhere.
I'm saying that single people working together in the same company or even within the same department may fall in love and get married. The case I referred to in my previous post is a VP and a subordinate 2 or 3 levels below him.
I don't see why marriage itself will cause any conflict of interest here, unless there is already conflict of interest between the comany and the person(s) prior to the marriage.
