and I am still bullish although this is not the early stage. I am a contrarian and have the guts to go against the crowd. Friday is probably not the best time to jump in but I will be on the road for the entire next week.
There are so much money chasing any decent return right now that I believe we will see massive PE expansion globally and particularly in the US where massive boomer retirement money has to find a place.
I have now 7.5% return already this year booked, hoping to get another 7.5% the rest of the year.
