There are much better choices than C if you insist to get into financial stocks in the current uncertain condition.

My choice will be CT or USB. Both perform better than C and have higher dividend yield (CT 10+%, USB 5.5%) to buffer further down side.

I have decided to avoid all financial sector stocks until the current dust settles.
